I had the pleasure of meeting Owner Dain “Adam” Jones & Executive Chef Blaine Staniford at Austin FOOD & WINE Festival last month.

I know, I know it’s a “Wordless Wednesday” post but this dish is worth more than just a picture.  I was so impressed with this bite from Grace Restaurant at the “Taste of Texas” at last months Austin FOOD & WINE Festival, perfectly balanced, it had me go back for two more servings!  I’ve already been planning an overnight trip up to the Dallas area just so I can go sample more of the dishes Grace has to offer.
