It’s Wordless Wednesday and today’s photo is of one of my favorite all-time chefs Andrew Zimmern of the Travel Channel’s show Bizarre Foods. I had the pleasure of interviewing Zimmern at 2013’s Austin Food & Wine Festival (thanks to his fabulous assistant), which I will share again as part of my upcoming #AFWFest 2014 Chef Profiles starting next week. He is truly an amazing spirit in that he loves food and how it connects us all.  Hoping Zimmern and Chef Tim Love partner back up again for 2014’s Grill Session at the Austin Food & Wine Festival!
