Wordless Wednesday – Food as Art?

Food is art and I always love pictures that transform the food we eat into art!  Check out this write-up on FAST FOOD LUXE via Trendland.com/Emily Miller.  I would eat the artistic interpretation  over the original and not just for the champagne!

The packaging is nothing short of fabulous.  The individual to-go box nearly mimics the classic fast food container save the conceptual design for a chicer look.  The Uni (sea urchin) is wrapped with nori, rolled in a shiso leaf, then fried tempura style.  The delectable nuggets are nestled on a bed of shiso leaves with three accompanying dipping sauces: lime and yuzu, black smoked salt, and lime zest.  Don¬â„¢t forget to wash it all down with a tall glass of Champagne Rosé.  Luxirare proves that fast food can be luxurious.
